Processing time: 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Shipping time: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local carrier conditions.
During peak seasons or periods of high order volume, delivery may take longer than usual.

Fixed KRW pricing, USD for reference only.
Orders under 49200 KRW (~$35) : 13,800 KRW (~$10) shipping fee
Orders of 49200 KRW (~$35) or more: Free shipping

■ Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to you by email after your order has been shipped.
You can track your package through 17TRACK or the carrier's official tracking website.
Tracking information may take some time to update after the package is dispatched.

Caeliria products are shipped internationally from China.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
